Viet Company was established in 1995 in Ho Chi Minh City, its predecessor was a store of construction materials and spare parts for installing refrigeration equipment.

Hanoi representative office was opened. The staff size at this time reached 80 employees, in charge of commercial refrigeration equipment business and repair and warranty services.

The company's management recognized the potential of cold storage systems in the Mekong Delta region, leading to the formation of a representative office in Can Tho, creating connections with customers in the Eastern and Southwestern regions.

Established VIETBON company, a development branch of Viet Company specializing in industrial refrigeration spare parts.

Established the 3rd representative office in Da Nang, with the ambition to anticipate the development of the system of convenience stores and supermarkets here as well as the demand for commercial refrigeration equipment.

Established GREENPOINT engineering company, under BITZER franchise, in charge of maintenance and repair of BITZER compressor equipment in Vietnam as well as Southeast Asia.

The staff size reaches 120 employees, officially representing more than 10 famous refrigeration equipment and spare parts brands in the world in Vietnam.
